  • 2 large Boiled and peeled potatoes
  • 1 medium Roasted eggplant
  • 1 cup Chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup Chopped carrots

  • 1 tsp Green chilies
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
