- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large Boiled and peeled potatoes
- 1 medium Roasted eggplant
- 1 cup Chopped cucumber
- 1 cup Chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Green chilies
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Cilantro

Step 1: In a blender, combine yogurt, ginger paste, green chilies, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
