- 4 cups Potatoes
- 1 head Cauliflower florets
- 1 cup Gram flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Ghee or oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro

Step 1: Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with a fork. Let it cool.

Step 2: Meanwhile, heat the ghee or oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the cumin powder and let it sizzle.
