- 1 cup fresh Green Peas
- 1 medium Onions
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 ripe Tomatoes
- 1 tsp tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp tsp Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp tsp Garam Masala Powder

- 1/4 cup chopped Fresh Cilantro
- 2 tbsp tbsp Lemon Juice

Step 1: Roast the eggplant over an open flame or in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until the skin is charred and blistered.
