  • 1/2 cup gram Rice flour

  • 1/2 tsp teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 tsp teaspoon Baking soda

    Soak the urad dal for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and grind to a smooth paste.
