- 1 cup split Urad dal
- 1 cup gram Besan
- 1/2 cup gram Rice flour
- 2 tbsp tablespoon Ginger paste
- 1 1/2 tbsp tablespoon Garlic paste
- 1 large medium Onion
- 2 medium Green chillies
- 1/2 tsp teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 tsp teaspoon Baking soda

Soak the urad dal for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain and grind to a smooth paste.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground urad dal, besan, rice flour, ginger paste, garlic paste, onion, green chillies, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, salt, and baking soda.

Knead the mixture for 5-7 minutes until it is smooth and pliable.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan for the pakora.

Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly.

Fry the pakora until golden brown and crisp.

Meanwhile, prepare the dalna by boiling the potatoes, carrots, and peas in water until tender.
