  • 3 medium Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Ginger Paste

  • 1 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 cup Water
