🛒 Ingredients
- 1 cup Maida Flour
- 1 tsp tsp Yeast
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 eggs Egg
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 cup Tomato
- 1 chili Green Chili
- 1 tsp tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 2 tbsp tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp tbsp Butter

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of maida flour, 1 tsp of yeast, 1 tsp of sugar, and 1 tsp of salt. Mix until well combined.

Step 2: Gradually add 1 cup of lukewarm water and knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Step 3: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Step 4: Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add 1 tsp of cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Step 5: Add 1 cup of chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Add 1 cup of chopped tomato and cook until the mixture is soft.

Step 6: Add 1 green chili, 1 tsp of coriander powder, and 1 tsp of red chili powder. Mix well.

Step 7: In a separate bowl, beat 2 eggs and add 1 tsp of salt. Mix well.

💡 Pro Tips
Use a non-stick pan to prevent the omelette from sticking. Do not overmix the dough. Use lukewarm water for the dough. Store the buns in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
