- 2 tbsp tbsp Bourbon whiskey
- 4 Large ripe peaches
- 1 cup cups Heavy cream
- 1 cup cups Confectioners sugar
- 1/4 tsp tsp Salt

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Add cold butter and use a pastry blender or fingers to work it into the dry ingredients until crumbly.

Stir in eggs and bourbon whiskey until a dough forms.

Turn dough out onto a floured surface and roll out to a thickness of 1/8 inch.
