- 1 cup Chickpea flour
- 4 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Amchur powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 cups Potatoes
- 1 cup Peas
- 1 cup Onions
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine Gram flour, Chickpea flour, Ghee, Red chili powder, Ginger paste, Garlic paste, Cumin seeds, Coriander powder, Amchur powder, and Salt. Mix well to form a smooth dough.

Step 2: Knead the dough for 5 minutes until it becomes pliable and smooth.

Step 3: Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
