- 1 inch Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 large Onion
- 1.5 pounds Lamb pieces
- 1.5 teaspoons Red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 2 dry Kashmiri red chilies
- 2 cups Tomatoes
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- 1/2 cup Yogurt
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Ghee or oil

Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
