🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1.5 pounds Lamb pieces
  • 1.5 teaspoons Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 2 dry Kashmiri red chilies
  • 2 cups Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Ghee or oil

    Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Add the ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
