- 2 cups Carrots
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 large Onion
- 2 inches Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tbsp Ghee or oil

Step 1: Heat ghee or oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
