🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups Carrots
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 inches Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp Ghee or oil
