- 4 cups Carrots
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1/2 cup Chana dal
- 8 pods Green cardamom
- 1 tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 cup Pistachios
- 1/4 cup Raisins
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 cups Milk
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt

Step 1: Grate the carrots and soak them in water for 10 minutes. Drain the water and set aside.
