Gobhi Aloo Ki Puri is a flavorful and crunchy Indian side dish originating from the northern region of India, made with cauliflower, potatoes, and spices.
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower florets
- 2 medium Boiled potatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 0.5 tsp Red chili powder
- 0.5 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Lime juice

Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Step 2: Add onion, ginger paste, and garlic paste to the pan and sauté until the onion is translucent.

Step 3: Add cauliflower florets and potatoes to the pan and mix well.

💡 Pro Tips
To avoid mushy potatoes, use boiled potatoes. To make it more flavorful, add cumin powder and coriander powder.
