- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves
- 1/2 cup Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Green chutney
- 1 tsp Tamarind paste
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds

Step 1: In a large bowl, mix together urad dal, maida, salt, and baking soda.
