  • 2 cups Cracked wheat poha
  • 3 eggs Scrambled eggs
  • 2 large Boiled potatoes
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 4 finely chopped Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 4 tbsp Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
