🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups White rice
  • 1 cup Split red lentils
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 Green chili
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tsp Salt

    Step 1: Rinse the split red lentils and soak them in water for 4 hours. Drain the water and set the lentils aside.

    Step 2: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion, green chili, and cumin seeds until the onion is translucent.
