Gujarati Handvo is a traditional Indian savory rice and lentil cake originating from Gujarat, India. This delightful dish is often served at breakfast or as a snack, and its unique flavor profile is sure to impress.

- 2 cups White rice
- 1 cup Split red lentils
- 1 large Onion
- 2 Green chili
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Cilantro
- 1 tsp Salt

Step 1: Rinse the split red lentils and soak them in water for 4 hours. Drain the water and set the lentils aside.

Step 2: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion, green chili, and cumin seeds until the onion is translucent.
