- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ghee
- 1 tsp active dry yeast
- 1 tsp masala powder

- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1/4 tsp ajwain seeds
