- 1 cup urad dal
- 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 2 tbsp ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups water

In a blender, combine urad dal, fenugreek leaves, yogurt, ginger, garlic, cumin seeds, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Blend until smooth.

Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add the blended mixture and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently.

Add gram flour and lemon juice to the mixture. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add water to the mixture and mix well. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
