- 2 cups Gram flour
- 1/2 cup Besan
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/4 cup Coriander leaves
- 2 tsp Green chilies
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Vegetable oil

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the gram flour, besan, and water. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
