- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp Amchur powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro

Step 1: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
