🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Split red lentils (masoor dal)
  • 2 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Tomato
  • 2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Farsan
  • 4 pieces Pav bread
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice

    Step 1: Rinse the split red lentils and soak them in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.

    Step 2: Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions and ginger paste until the onions turn golden brown.
