- 1/4 cup Mint leaves
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste

Step 1: Combine the flour, ghee, yogurt, cumin seeds, red chili powder, and garam masala in a mixing bowl. Knead for 5 minutes to form a soft dough.

Step 3: Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat and cook a paratha for 30 seconds on each side or until golden brown.
