🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1/4 cup Mint leaves
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.25 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.125 tsp Red chili powder
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 2 minced Green chilies
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro

    Step 1: Peel and grate the cucumber and set aside.

    Step 2: In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 10 seconds.
