A refreshing and cooling Indian raita salad from the streets of Hyderabad, flavored with cumin, coriander, and mint, this side dish is perfect for hot summer days.
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 1 medium Cucumber
- 1/4 cup Mint leaves
- 0.5 tsp Cumin seeds
- 0.25 tsp Coriander powder
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.125 tsp Red chili powder
- 2 minced Garlic cloves
- 2 minced Green chilies
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1/4 cup Cilantro

Step 1: Peel and grate the cucumber and set aside.

Step 2: In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for 10 seconds.

💡 Pro Tips
