🛒 Ingredients

  • 3 cups Fresh tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 1 tsp Jaggery
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 cups Water

    Step 1: Roast the cumin seeds and coriander seeds in a pan over medium heat until fragrant, then grind into a fine powder.
