🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 4 medium Carrots
  • 2 larges Potato
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 cups Tomato puree
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 4 cups Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

    Step 1: Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and cook until translucent.
