- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup onion
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp kitchen king masala
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup green chutney
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped tomato

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, add a few pieces of the paneer batter to the oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.

Repeat with the remaining paneer batter until all pieces are fried, adjusting the heat as needed.

For the kadai paneer, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.

Add the ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, and red chili powder. Cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
