  • 1 large Chayote gourd
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water
