- 1 large Chayote gourd
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 inch Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 cup Fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Water

Step 1: Peel and chop the Chayote gourd into 1-inch cubes, set aside.

Step 2: In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
