  • 1 tsp tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp tsp Coriander Powder

  • 1 tsp tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp tbsp Ghee or Oil
  • 1/4 cup cup Fresh Cilantro

    Step 1: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for a few seconds.
