Maharashtrian Gavar Ki Sabzi

- 1 cup cluster beans (gavar)
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp oil
- to taste salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
