💡 Pro Tips

To avoid fritters from breaking, make sure the dough is rested long enough and fry them at the right temperature. To make misal curry more flavorful, use homemade ghee and fresh cilantro. You can store leftover misal curry in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the fritters for up to 2 months and fry them when needed.
