These crispy fritters from North India are perfect to munch on as a snack. The combination of the crunch from the fenugreek leaves and the spiciness from the chilies makes them irresistible.

- 1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves (Methi)
- 2 cups Gram flour
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tbsp Green chilies
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Lukewarm water
- 2 tsp Oil for frying

Step 1: Combine the gram flour, cumin powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.

Step 2: Then add the methi leaves, onion, garlic, and green chilies to the bowl and mix well.
