- 1 can Chickpeas
- 20 grams Fresh methi leaves
- 2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 2 tsp Ginger paste
- 2 tsp Garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 100 ml Heavy cream
- 100 ml Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Oil

Step 1: In a blender, combine garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, red chili powder, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Blend into a smooth paste.
