- 1/2 cups Besan Flour
- 6 pieces Green Chilies
- 1/2 cup Onion
- 1 inch Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbsp Gram Flour
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine Bajra Flour, Besan Flour, Salt, Baking Soda, Red Chili Powder, Garam Masala, and Coriander Powder.
