  • 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 cups Green chilies
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro

    Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
