- 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cups Green chilies
- 1 medium Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 inch Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 1 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro

Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Step 2: In a separate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
