🛒 Ingredients
- 2 cups poha
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup chopped carrot
- 2 pieces chopped green chili
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- to taste salt

Step 1: Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
