🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cabbage
  • 4 medium Carrots
  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tsp Red Chili
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Hing

    Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, let it crackle.

    Add chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.

    Add ginger and red chili, sauté for another minute.

    Add chopped cabbage and carrots, mix well and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
