- 2 cups Cabbage
- 4 medium Carrots
- 1 large Onion
- 2 tbsp Ginger
- 1 tsp Red Chili
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- to taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Hing

Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, let it crackle.
