- 2 cups Gobhi (Cabbage)
- 2 medium Aloo (Potatoes)
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 chopped Green Chilies
- 2 minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Ginger

Step 1: Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan over medium heat.
