- 3 large large sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 large large eggs
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 6 slices smoked bacon
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 scoop salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup heavy cream

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch thick rounds.

Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the sliced sweet potatoes, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
