- 1 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1 handful Cilantro Leaves
- 8 pieces Dates
- 2 medium Green Chilies
- 3 cloves Garlic

Step 1: Grind ginger, garlic, green chilies, cumin seeds, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala into a fine paste.
