- 250g g Paneer Cheese
- 2 cups cups Fresh Spinach Leaves
- 4 tbsp tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 tbsp tbsp Ghee
- 3 cloves cloves Garlic
- 1-inch piece piece Ginger
- 1 tsp tsps Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp tsps Coriander Powder
- 1/2 tsp tsps Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp tsps Salt
- 2 tbsp tbsp Heavy Cream
- Fresh Cilantro

Step 1: In a blender, puree the spinach leaves with 1 cup of water until smooth.
