Palak Paneer Shorba
A creamy and rich spinach soup originating from India, made with paneer, spinach puree, and aromatic spices.
🛒 Ingredients
- 2 cups Spinach puree
- 1 cup Paneer
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 chopped Green chilies
- 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro

Step 1: Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds.
