- 1 bunch loosely packed Spinach Leaves
- 250g crumbly paneer Paneer
- 2 tbsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 2 tbsp Refined Flour
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Salt

Step 1: In a blender, puree 1 bunch spinach leaves with 250g paneer until smooth.

Step 2: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan, add 2 tbsp ginger paste and 1 tsp cumin seeds. Saute until the mixture is fragrant.

Step 3: Add 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, and 1 tsp garam masala to the pan. Mix well.

Step 4: Add the spinach- paneer puree to the pan and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5: In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp refined flour and 1 cup yogurt. Add this mixture to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
