A soothing Indian beverage from the northern states of India, made with rose petal infused tea and milk, perfect for warm winter nights.

- 1 cup Green Tea Leaves
- 2 tbsp Rose Petals
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Root
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Stick
- 2 whole Cardamom Pods
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 cups Water
- 1 packet Black Tea Bags

Step 1: Start by infusing the rose petals in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Meanwhile, heat the milk in a saucepan over low heat with the sugar, ginger root, cinnamon stick, and cardamom pods.
