  • 2 cups Boiled Potatoes
  • 1 cup Onion
  • 2 tbsp Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1.5 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1.25 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Saffron Threads

    Step 1: Boil the potatoes until tender, then let them cool. Mash the potatoes and set aside.
