- 1/4 tsp Saffron threads
- 2 tbsp Ghee
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cup chopped Cilantro

Step 1: Marinate the paneer pieces in a mixture of saffron threads, ghee, lemon juice, ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
