- 4 tbsp ghee
- 1 block paneer
- 1 large onion
- 2 inches ginger
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 bundle spinach
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 2 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp cream
