  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 4 pieces naan bread

    Step 1: Cut the tofu into small cubes and set aside.

    Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together non-dairy yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Add the tofu cubes and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
