- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp Honey

Step 1: Preheat smoker to 225°F and set up for 2-zone cooking.

Step 2: In a small bowl, mix together bourbon, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Reserve for later.
