- 3 cups Roasted beets
- 1 cup Panir cheese
- 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup Chopped scallions
- 1 tsp tsp Ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp tsp Ground cumin
- 2 tbsp tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp tsp Chili powder
- 1/2 tsp tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp tsp Black peppercorns
- 1 tsp tsp Ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp tsp Garlic paste

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and wrap the beets individually in foil. Roast for 45-50 minutes or until tender. Let cool and peel.

Step 3: In a blender, combine cilantro, scallions, cumin, cinnamon, chili powder, and black peppercorns. Blend until well combined.
