- 1 head cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup chickpea flour (Gram Flour)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp vegan yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 cup oil for frying
- 4 slices pav bread
- 1/2 cup green chutney

Step 1: In a bowl, mix together chickpea flour, cornstarch, cumin, coriander, and cayenne pepper.
