- 1 block Paneer
- 1 cup cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp tsp Ginger paste
- 1 tsp tsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp tsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 cup cups Yogurt
- 2 tbsp tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 egg Egg, beaten
- 1 cup Vegetable oil

Step 1: In a blender, blend the ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and 1 tablespoon of yogurt until smooth.

Step 2: Crumbling the paneer into small cubes, place them in a bowl and add the blended paste, remaining yogurt, lemon juice, egg, and mix well.

Step 3: Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Step 4: In a shallow dish, place the all-purpose flour and mix with a pinch of salt.
